Johannesburg, South Africa – Sixteen-year-old South African artist Giselle Niemand is preparing for an international schedule that will take her from Germany to France and then to South Korea in a matter of days.
The singer, songwriter, actress, model and dancer will leave South Africa next week for Germany before travelling to France for Paris Fashion Week.

Giselle will be part of the Africa In Paris showcase, presented by Africa Fashion Week in collaboration with Noir Fashion Week Paris. Taking place from 2 to 4 October 2026, the showcase will bring African fashion talent to an international audience.
She will walk for South African fashion house New Romantics Couture, which secured the opportunity to showcase internationally following its success at Africa Fashion Week last year.
But Giselle’s international commitments do not end in Paris.
On 5 October, she is scheduled to fly from France to Seoul, South Korea, where she will perform at the 2026 Itaewon World Music Spirit Festival.
Her expected arrival in Seoul on the same day means she will move almost directly from the Paris fashion circuit into preparations for her music performance.
Giselle was invited to the festival’s final round after organisers reviewed her submitted performance material during preliminary screening. She will perform alongside artists from different countries.

The festival programme will also include accommodation, sightseeing and a VIP Korean beauty and food package, while her performance is expected to be filmed for international distribution.
The upcoming journey adds to Giselle’s growing international experience. She has previously performed in the United States and the United Arab Emirates, walked at New York Fashion Week and represented South Africa on international platforms.
